We create innovative ways of generating knowledge and sharing information. We nurture youth, families and communities and bring innovative youth development practices to the global community.

The 4-H Center for Youth Development is the research center that supports the NC 4-H Program, which engages youth in reaching their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development.
